Islamabad source architecture
General long-term charts use the NASA POWER / MERRA-2 gridded baseline. Observed station records, where available, use Islamabad International Airport (ICAO station identifier: OPIS; IATA: ISB). NASA POWER is a gridded product and is not presented as a physical weather station. The NASA and OPIS layers remain separate and are never merged or averaged.
